Enso Movement champions community through movement

Community Inclusion

Our team fosters an attitude of tolerance to include people of all ages, genders, body types, skills, and talent. Our movement community has many identities. Enso Movement provides financial assistance to children, teens, adults, and families that cannot afford the full cost of our memberships.

Local Clubs

Get involved with the Parkour, Freerunning & Tricking Club at North Carolina State University. The organization was first established in 2009 and has since helped hundreds of students explore and understand body movements through parkour and related-movements.
