About Our Classes   |   Ages 18+

Interested in getting handstands? The act of practicing inversions improves core strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and upper body strength. It’s worth learning the techniques in the classroom to warm-up properly, practice and build with safe progressions, and to have an extra eye on your postures and body shapes.

This class aims to provide you with the skills and abilities to use handbalancing as a form of workout and expression. We’ll utilize drills and exercises to increase our flexibility, strength, and comfort with supporting ourselves on our hands. There is no entry level requirement! Just an attitude to focus and work hard.

More Details

Led by safe and caring instructors. Every class is seventy minutes long. We’ll work together to properly warm-up, learn and apply skills, and cool down. Exercises may include handstands, frog stands, planches, L-sits, elbow levers, presses, leg lifts, and more. Drills will utilize a variety of equipment to help us push ourselves to the next level! This class is great for the gymnast, yogi, or handstand enthusiast looking to take their handbalancing to the next level.
