COVID-19 RESPONSE
OUR COMMITMENT TO SAFETY
Enso Movement is dedicated to keeping our members, staff, and those in the community safe at our facilities. We believe exercising is imperative for keeping people to stay healthy and boost morale. As experienced coaches with a cumulative history instructing thousands of students, we would like to offer our personal insight on how best we can adapt to new guidelines and move forward in operating under the COVID-19 crisis. We are committed to doing our best to serve our members and the movement community in the safest way possible.
Facility and Sanitation Protocols
- Hands-free Check-in
- Our front desk staff will check students in without your need for kiosks.
- Hand Sanitizers
- Increased sanitizer stations will be available throughout the facilities. We ask students to wash hands before and after classes.
- Cleaning Products
- COVID-19 CDC-approved for cleaning and disinfection.
- Deep Cleaning
- Our team will have a heightened deep-cleaning process that starts before and after classes.
- High-touch surfaces and zones will be disinfected multiple times using WHO-approved products.
- Access to Amenities
- Restrooms will be available to members to use.
- Water fountains should be used for refilling water bottles only – do not drink directly from the water fountain.
- The use of foam pit will be restricted through Phase II and Phase III.
Physical Distancing
- Physical Distancing
- Members will be asked to keep safe physical distancing between themselves and others. The nature of our physical practices and spacing will be regarded. There will be no contact-training.
- Equipment Distancing
- Our movement classes and equipment are incredibly unique with its nature. For every opportunity that arises, we will maximize space between stations and equipment.
Staff Procedures
- Masks
- All staff and facility guests will be required to wear masks indoors during any potential Phase II and III operations.
- Employee Health Screening
- Every team members will have a health screening prior to starting their shift.
- Strategic Education
- Staff will be educated to understand quarantine behaviors, how to monitor guidelines,
- Strict Sick Policy
- For any staff that exhibits symptoms; a reporting process for those confirmed / potential COVID-19.
MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
When two or more individuals connect, they enter into a social agreement. Although the agreements are often left unspoken, it’s important to shed light so that we can identify values, examine them, and ask ourselves if there might be a better way forward.
- Keep Everyone Safe
- Our new safety measures are only as good as those that actively participate in it. We’ll make sure to do our part and ask that you, along with anyone that enters our spaces, to be kind and respectful of others.
- Wash Hands
- We strongly advise washing hands before and after participating in classes.
- Wear a Mask
- Anyone exercising in our indoor facilities will be required to wear a mask during class.
- Limit Contact
- We’re encouraging our students and staff to limit physical person-to-person contact including high fives, hugs, etc.
- Personal Health
- To keep everyone safe, if you have any cough, fever, or COVID-19 symptoms, please do not visit our facilities until you are symptom-free. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have knowingly come into close contact with someone that has, we ask that you do not come to our facilities for fourteen (14) days or until you have tested negative.
