Join us for a special community event that has us celebrating with a parkour movie and jam. Each month, we’ll watch a parkour-centric film to expand our horizons around practices across the world, to recognize stunts in Hollywood films, or to recognize competitions pushing athletes to the next level. These monthly events will end with an open movement jam indoors at the Enso Movement Raleigh location.
We’ll share popcorn – feel free to bring a small snack to enjoy with others!

Ages 13+. Registration includes both the film screening and movement jam.

Alan Tran is a parkour coach and collaborator from Raleigh, North Carolina. He’s the founder of Enso Movement and is a director for both the Art of Retreat and the United States Parkour Association. Alan continues to serve the parkour and movement community through active service and outreach.
