Ready for the next progression?

Level-ups at Enso Movement are a great opportunity for students and athletes to take their personal practices onto the next step. We examine whether the student has shown their ability to progress safely, demonstrate particular techniques / skill sets, hold enough experience, and embody a safe and strong mindset. With a higher ranking, students can join in on higher-level classes that will increase in the appropriate strength exercises, balance drills, cardio, and progressions.

This event is for current and new parkour students that currently participate in Parkour 1+ classes. Upon passing, students will receive the Level 2 band (Pink) and can begin participating in Level 2+ classes. Registration is required.

Details and Pricing

All testing participants are expected to show up promptly on time. Please dress appropriately for exercise and movement. Individuals will be given time to warm up. Coaches will brief individuals on their tests and answer any questions before starting. Evaluations and marks may vary depending on the individuals’ body height, weight, and age.

Non-Members: $35
