Ready for the next progression?

Level ups at Enso Movement are a great opportunity for students and athletes to take their personal practices onto the next step. We examine whether the individual has shown their ability to progress safely, demonstrate particular techniques / skill sets, hold enough experience, and embody a safe and strong mindset. With a higher ranking, students can join in on higher-level classes that will increase in the appropriate strength exercises, balance drills, cardio, and progressions. Passing our Parkour Level 1 test allows students to join in Level 2+ classes.

Details and Pricing

All testing participants are expected to show up promptly on time. Please dress appropriately for exercise and movement. Individuals will be given time to warm-up. Coaches will brief individuals on their tests and answer any questions before starting. Evaluations and marks may vary depending on the individuals’ body height, weight, and age.
