Want to escape from the kids just for one night? We offer a drop-off Parents Night Out for you while your kids learn parkour, play games, and more.

Parents Night Out at Enso Movement is an exciting experience combining parkour, games, and open play. The event is held on the first Friday of every month – a great opportunity for parents to enjoy Raleigh’s most popular evening escape, First Friday Gallery Walks. Our participants will enjoy guided instruction from a coach on skills with safe progressions for both the beginner and advanced. Participants will also play large group games to build their trust with others and work towards success. Parents Night Out events are programmed for kids ages 6 and older.

Event entry includes parkour instruction, group games, and a dinner. 
Members: $25 / first child + $20 / additional children
Non-Members: $30 / first child + $25 / additional children

*A minimum of four pre-registered kids is required to host the Parents Night Out event.

Join Mitch Buynitzsky

Mitch Buynitzsky is a local freerunning athlete that started his journey here as a student at Enso Movement Raleigh. He’s gained his coaching experience instructing kids at summer camps and has been recognized by our in-house coaching certification. Mitch currently studies at Wake Tech Community College where he pursues his higher education.
