SPINAL MOBILITY IN HANDSTANDS | Join Ben Webster in building your spinal mobility in your handstand. This seminar focuses on positions and skills that require the spine to bend in handstand. Skills include focus on scorpion and hollow-back handstands, front and back walkovers, hollow press and other associated skills. These skills are a great way to add an additional challenge to your two handed skills. This seminar will serve as an introduction to contortion from a handbalancer’s perspective. Some beginner experience is required. Ages 12+.

PERFORMANCE ELEMENTS FOR HANDBALANCERS | Join Ben Webster in this introduction to the performance art of handbalancing. This seminar is designed for people looking to add an aesthetic edge to their handbalancing skills! Focus will be on head and foot position, creative entries and exits, dance elements and other skills to make your handstands look amazing. These techniques are a must have for anyone interested in having high quality handstands or becoming a handbalancing performer. Come turn your skills into physical art! Some beginner experience is required. Ages 12+.

Ben Webster is a professional handbalancing coach living in Raleigh, NC. His acrobatic background is rooted in parkour and freerunning. He formed the original ‘Parkour & Freerunning’ club at NC State before opening a movement-dedicated facility, Enso Movement. Since 2010, Ben has pursued his technical training on handbalancing and acrobatics.
