About Our Program   |   Ages 12+
Tired of competitive team sports or bored with the off-season? The teens parkour programs are a great alternative that offer action-packed classes. Our program provides teens the skills to intensely explore new and exciting skills. Our instructors will guide students with safe progressions to take their skills to the next level! These fun classes use natural movements to build values of confidence, personal strength, and passion.

Our rotating curriculum allows teens to advance their parkour techniques. New students and beginners can join in on our Parkour 1+. Enrollment can be done anytime of the year.

 

More Details

Led by safe and caring instructors. Every class is seventy minutes long. We’ll work together to properly warm-up, learn and apply skills, and cool down. Exercises may include crawling movements, running, jumping, climbing, rolling, vaulting, and more.

parkour definition | a movement discipline aimed to develop the practitioner to be able to adapt his movement to any environment and situation

freerunning definition | freerunning is now a term used to describe a specific subculture / practice of parkour. Its focus is on creativity – at times with acrobatic movement.

Our team of professional coaches designed our programs to make sure students progress as safely as possible. We believe through hard work and perseverance, every student can overcome their obstacles. Enso Movement coaches are professionally trained to teach people of all ages and fitness levels to safely learn from our exciting movement programs.

Level Testing

We offer three different classes depending on the strength, skills, and advancement of our members. New students and beginners can join in on our Parkour and Freerunning 1+. We also offer Level 2 – 3 and Level 4 – 6. With safety being our highest priority, our level testing helps us to designate students to the appropriate classes after they’ve shown us their ability to progress safely, demonstrate particular techniques / skillsets, hold enough experience, and embody a safe and strong mindset. Our first three level testing information can be found below and testing dates on our calendar. Please refer to your coach for any additional questions.
