About Membership Billing

Ready to start a membership? We auto bill and renew all memberships on the first of the contract month. If you’re starting after the first week, we’ll pro-rate your bill accordingly.

Office Hours
Our front desk office hours vary day-to-day. Please contact us via email at info@ensomovement.com for any membership questions.
Class Policies
Students are to show up to class or open gym on time. If a class is in procession, late students must notify the instructor before proceeding. Our classes do not accept students later than fifteen minutes into class. This is to ensure students have properly warmed up for class and have received instruction for their safety and well-being.

Our classes have a maximum student capacity of twelve. All students have access to their online member portal and are strongly encouraged to take responsibility in reserving their attendance to classes. Class attendance is prioritized by students that reserve their spots with the remaining spots filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. Students can be denied access to class if reservations are full for the other students’ experience, instruction, and safety. Currently set to a maximum capacity of nine (9) with COVID restrictions.

All students start at Level 1 with a white wristband. Youth are expected to wear their highest level wristband to every class. Broken wristbands can be replaced free of charge upon return. Lost wristbands can be bought for $5.

In the result of an emergency, our staff will assess and prioritize the actions necessary to ensure the safety of the injured, all those involved, and the class. Our staff are first aid certified and may provide some assistance. In the rare occurrence that staff must seek medical help, they will do so. Parents or guardians of injured children will first be contacted. When and if contact with a parent or guardian cannot be performed, we will seek professional medical help.

Class Level System
Our wristband system is a series of ten levels to help mark level-ups in the progression of technique, strength, flexibility, and mindset for our parkour, tricking, and tumbing programs! Beginner and new students start at Level 1 for all programs.

With safety being our highest priority, wristbands help us to designate students to the appropriate classes after they’ve shown us their ability to progress safely, demonstrate particular techniques / skill sets, hold enough experience, and embody a safe and strong mindset. Leveling up allows for new opportunities and privileges at the Enso Movement gym. Wristbands are required for class.

Wristbands must be earned in sequential order. During testing, a series of strength, endurance, and technical skills must be passed at 100%. Each part of the test allows for three opportunities before striking out. Upon completion of a passed or failed test, a coach will provide insight, tips, and feedback for the student to continue with improvement.

Tests are performed based on demand. Check with our front desk to let us know when you’re ready or to find the date of the next test! Please touch base with your coach if you are ready for the next level class.

Program level tests are $25 for members and $35 for non-members for attendance, whether for pass or fail.

Membership Policies

All membership payments are automatically drafted on the first of each month. Long-term contracts (Three months or more) are paid in full i.e. three months of bronze would be ($86 x 3 months = $258).

The initial month of membership is prorated based on the enrollment date.

Membership tiers are based on the number of classes taken each week.

Memberships and/or payments cannot be transferred between individuals.

Membership Cancellation Policies
During the membership registration process, members attest to automatic renewal and billing of memberships on the first of each month.

Any membership renewal must be canceled in writing by email at info@ensomovement.com. Membership cancellations must be received five days before the first of the month to be eligible. Cancellations after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

  • There are no cancellation fees.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

Membership Hold Policies

You can hold or freeze your membership as needed. Freezing your membership allows you to extend the length of your membership temporarily while you do not utilize its benefits.

The monthly fee is $10 per month per member.

After the hold period is up, we’ll automatically reinstate the membership and continue billing as usual. No additional membership registration fee will be required. The following month may be pro-rated depending on the hold end date and to get the membership back on track to being automatically renewed and billed on the first of each month.

Class Make-up Policies
Monthly memberships are valid until the end of the month. A membership must be active to utilize make-ups. If you miss a class, please contact our front desk at info@ensomovement.com to reschedule your attendance.

We will allow makeups at our discretion based on student level, reservations, and class schedule. In the case of class cancellation due to a special event, circumstance, or inclement weather, we will work with those students to ensure a make-up class is available.

Etiquette
  • Members are to use equipment in the manner in which it was intended. Modifications to equipment are unsafe.
  • Members are asked to wear athletic clothing. Closed-toe athletic shoes are highly recommended for most classes. Torsos must be covered; meaning no shirts off!
  • Refrain from using profanity and derogatory comments.
  • We hold a zero-tolerance policy for any harassment, verbal or physical violence. Students showcasing such behavior will escalate to being kicked out of class immediately. Continuance of such behavior in multiple classes may result in a band level drop or a class restriction from our gym; which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Participating in class is an opportunity. At any point that there is misconduct, we will offer the following in sequential order:
        1. Verbal warning
        2. Five minutes to sit out
        3. Kicked out of class

Violation of these rules may result in the termination of your membership without a refund.
