Raleigh Parkour and Movement Classes
We love movement and teaching fitness is our passion. Discover strength, find balance, and express creativity through our parkour, tricking, and handbalancing programs. Our classes will get you fit, find new challenges, and progress with loads of fun. You’ll experience learning the basic skills and work towards advance techniques in a safe manner. We’ll utilize technical drills and exercises to increase our strength, power, and a sense for self-challenge. Our coaches value safety by centering their lessons around step-by-step progressions.
We offer several different classes depending on the strength, skills, and advancement of our members. New students and beginners can join in on any Level 1+ class. We also offer Level 2+ for those that have expressed experience and safe practices.

Parkour
parkour definition | a movement discipline aimed to develop the practitioner to be able to adapt his movement to any environment and situation
freerunning definition | freerunning is now a term used to describe a specific subculture / practice of parkour. Its focus is on creativity – at times with acrobatic movement.
Tricking
definition | Tricking is the aesthetic practice of combining ground and acrobatic skills from tumbling, capoeira, breakdancing, and taekwondo to connect several combinations together in the form of ‘tricks’
Handbalancing
The act of practicing inversions improves core strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and upper body strength. It’s worth learning the techniques in the classroom to warm-up properly, practice and build with safe progressions, and to have an extra eye on your postures and body shapes.
Tumbling
Connect several acrobatic, gymnastic, and trampoline skills in combinations of tumbling. Discover power, creativity, and expression through our tumbling classes. Our goals are to have fun by exploring and learning linear, acrobatic skills.
Classes for All in Raleigh, NC
For Kids | Focus your high energy to increase coordination, strength, and confidence. Our fun classes use natural movements to explore and build a healthy relationship with fitness. Ages 6 – 12.
For Teens and Adults | Explore strength and power through movement skills. Safe and smart progressions will guide us in improving quickly. Ages 12+.
Every class is seventy minutes in length with an adequate warm-up, skills acquisition, strength training, and cooldown time. Exercises will vary depending on the type of class.
Our team of professional coaches designed our program to make sure you progress as quickly and safely as possible. We believe through hard work and perseverance, every student can overcome their obstacles. Enso Movement coaches are professionally trained to teach people of all ages and fitness levels to safely learn from our exciting movement programs.
