Having wholesome social connections benefits people of all ages in many and diverse ways. They provide people with the support they need when they face physical, mental and emotional challenges. Simply having a caring person lending a listening ear can ease people’s stress and help them be better able to handle the problems they face. Our team of well-trained, caring, experienced instructors focus on listening to our members questions and concerns and providing them with the guidance and resources they need to deal with them successfully. They give people the opportunity to get information and direction and exchange ideas about effective fitness practices and modalities. Members of our team have backgrounds and training in a number of physical disciplines and are able to share their expertise with our members. Our coaches are all rooted as leaders in their respective disciplines from parkour, tricking, to hand balancing. This gives the members a range of viable options they can draw on to improve their health and fitness. Plus, they can communicate with other students and learn about what has worked for them in the past.

We offer a wide range of activities from parkour, tricking, and hand balancing designed to improve the health and fitness level of our members. We make enhancing people’s health and fitness a fun, exciting and enjoyable experience. Each of the activities we offer provides our members with different benefits that improve their mental, physical, emotional and psychological state. Taken together the activities improve all aspects of the lives of our members. Our classes, events, camps, and activities range in intensity and strenuousness and enables each member to get the type of challenge they need to progress and grow safely.



Preventing Social Isolation
At our facility people of a wide range of ages, health and fitness levels are given several opportunities to interact. Many of our warm-ups, skill applications, and games will have students of all levels and backgrounds working together. This is a valuable tool for preventing social isolation and enabling all to learn from, share with and enjoy each other’s perspective, knowledge, experiences and energy. Our facility has a family atmosphere where all members are appreciated and respected. The sense of comradery is palpable as each member strives to become their best, healthiest selves while enjoying the support, opportunities to have fun and the social interaction our facility provides and we encourage.
Healthy Practices
We provide our members with the latest, most accurate information on exercise and fitness in terms they can understand. We explain that developing healthy minds and bodies is an interconnected process. It requires combining the appropriate amount of regular exercise, nutritious food, mentally stimulating activities, adequate rest, and a positive attitude. We use a variety of mediums to share this information and take the time to answer any questions our members have. This enables them to get the appropriate level of guidance and support they need to seamlessly integrate the information and practices into their daily lives.
