The unique course features leadership tools, reflective questions, and personalized external exercises that focus on accelerating your personal growth. You will leave more confident, organized, and better equipped to overcome any obstacle.
Enriching Public Space
Enriching Public Space teaches practitioners how to minimize our impact to build tolerable and accepted parkour practices. This resource guide offers six main principles that are expanded with additional tips. Our guidelines are meant to inform and shape your parkour training ethics. Let’s advocate for a positive culture that enriches the tolerance and acceptance of parkour.
Calisthenics Strength Routine
If you are looking to focus on building your body into great shape, the Calisthenics Strength Routine is for you. Each workout is tailored to individuals of different physical abilities including programming for new beginners or those looking to get back into shape. In this guide, you will gain the confidence to getting strong and have a plan to follow. This routine will be strictly bodyweight-only. The CSR is a six-week program.
