Join us for an afternoon of speed & skill parkour – where athletes will have the opportunity to test their agility and technique.

Speed

Athletes must pass through checkpoints as quickly as possible on a set course. Competitors will be given a limited time of practice on each course, and then they will be given two attempts at a timed run. The fastest times overall for the course will be announced at the end. Show us your speed!

Skill

Athletes will have a number of various challenges to complete under a timed round. Every round will have multiple progression with different ways and multiple attempts to score. Challenges are progressive in skill and power and must be performed ascending in progression. For every successful progression, participants will be awarded points.
