About Our Program   |   Ages 6 – 12

Having trouble with coordination? Develop skills and have fun while bouncing around. Our tumbling classes will not only teach your teen acrobatic techniques but also to have fun by exploring tumbling progressions. We’ll work to connect skills in exciting combinations, develop strength, and demonstrate artistry.

Teens will focus their high energy into increasing their coordination, strength, and confidence. Every class is seventy-five minutes in length with an adequate warm-up, skills acquisition, and cooldown time. Exercises may include twisting, flipping, cartwheels, round offs, and more.

 

More Details

Our classes are on a rotating curriculum that allow new and beginner kids to join in on our Tumbling 1+ at anytime of the year. This class is perfect for the enthusiastic cheerleader, powerful tricker, or freerunner working on their tumbling skills.

Level Testing

Our  coaches are knowledgeable in setting the foundations for students to learn and develop their tumbling skills. New students and beginners can join in on our Tumbling 1+. With safety being our highest priority, our level testing helps us to designate students to the appropriate classes after they’ve shown us their ability to progress safely, demonstrate particular techniques / skillsets, hold enough experience, and embody a safe and strong mindset. Our first three level testing information can be found below and testing dates on our calendar. Please refer to your coach for any additional questions.
