Before You Arrive

Please take a moment to read the information below before attending class.

Code of Conduct

We ask all individuals entering Enso Movement facilities to comply with the following guidelines:

• Reserve their spot in class and complete an online waiver.
• Wear a mask at all times that covers both their mouth and nose. This policy extends during exercise. The mask policy expires Friday, March 11th.
  • Students without a mask may be asked to leave.
• Practice social distancing between yourself and others.
• We strongly encourage washing your hands before and after classes.
• Enso Movement Raleigh – We ask that you check in with your coach upon arrival.
• Bring your own water bottle – water fountains are bottle-fill only.

Programming Changes

• Participants are required to pre-register for classes.
• Indoor class sizes have been reduced to ensure appropriate distancing.
• Outdoor parkour and handbalancing classes are available.

Operational Changes

• Our employees will wear a mask at all times.
• Our facilities are maintaining a clean environment with a strict cleaning schedule that includes sanitizing high-touch zones.

Membership Changes

• Students have been credited for memberships paid throughout the COVID closure with a class pass. The unique pass can be used for any class or open gym up until September 8th, 2021. Accounts will continue on regular billing cycles.
• Extended prepaid memberships (3+ months) have had their memberships extended for the length of our closure (169 days).
• All other members and guests, we will be resuming normal billing cycles on October 1st including registration and freeze fees.
• If you are at a high risk for COVID-19, you may request a waive to your freeze fee through the end of the year (December 31st, 2020).

Private Event, Birthday, and Booking Changes

• rivate events and rentals will be charged additional gratuities of 20% for their event provider, coach, host, etc.
• Face masks must be worn except for periods restricted to hydrating or campers eating lunch / snack.
