Ready for the next progression?
Level-ups at Enso Movement are a great opportunity for students and athletes to take their personal practices onto the next step. We examine whether the student has shown their ability to progress safely, demonstrate particular techniques / skill sets, hold enough experience, and embody a safe and strong mindset. With a higher ranking, students can join in on higher-level classes that will increase in the appropriate strength exercises, balance drills, cardio, and progressions. Advance in skills and technique through Parkour Level 2-3 Testing.
Parkour students currently with the Level 2 (Pink) and Level 3 (Red) Bands can attend this testing event to test for the next level. Upon passing, students will receive the next level band (Red for Level 3, Orange for Level 4). Level 4 students can begin participating in Parkour 4+ Classes.

Details and Pricing
All testing participants are expected to show up promptly on time. Please dress appropriately for exercise and movement. Individuals will be given time to warm up. Coaches will brief individuals on their tests and answer any questions before starting. Evaluations and marks may vary depending on the individuals’ body height, weight, and age.
