Students and families,
We’re excited to share that an updated class schedule will begin Monday, June 1st, 2026. With our larger and updated space, we’re rolling out some new classes throughout the week. You will be able to find the new and revised schedule via Zenplanner. Some of the new classes are pending to be scheduled on our calendar (Mini Movers, yoga, flexibility, strength, and more).
As part of this change, our current program classes will be changing to fifty-five minutes. We’re also adjusting some start times and creating a schedule that helps us fit more training opportunities into the busy evenings.
Why the change?
Current students with reservations in the following will see an adjusted reservation:
We’re confident this new schedule will create a better experience for both students and families. We’ll continue sharing updates over the next month to ensure all students and families are informed.

]]>The workshop will be centered around how to build power through speed, momentum, flexibility, and proper body positioning. Dominique will cover a range of skills suitable for those who are just beginning all the way to those who are more advanced in their current skill set. We will work on concepts that involve better tumbling and tricking technique to build power and momentum, as well as specific tricks to help build power throughout a combo. Power is a very important key to acquiring skills deemed more difficult, and this workshop will be centered on how to acquire that power.
Our front desk is always happy to answer any questions. E-mail info@ensomovement.com for more information.

Level-ups at Enso Movement are a great opportunity for students and athletes to take their personal practices onto the next step. We examine whether the student has shown their ability to progress safely, demonstrate particular techniques / skill sets, hold enough experience, and embody a safe and strong mindset. With a higher ranking, students can join in on higher-level classes that will increase in the appropriate strength exercises, balance drills, cardio, and progressions. Advance in skills and technique through Parkour Level 1-3 Testing.
This event is for current and new parkour students that currently participate in Parkour 1-3 classes. Upon passing, students will receive their next band. Level 3 students passing receiving their Level 4 band (Orange) upon passing can begin participating in Level 4+ classes. Registrations are limited to twelve students. Registration is required.
Our front desk is always happy to answer any questions. E-mail info@ensomovement.com for more information or to register.
All testing participants are expected to show up promptly on time. Please dress appropriately for exercise and movement. Individuals will be given time to warm up. ]]>2026 United States Parkour Association
Saturday, April 11th, 2026
01:30pm – 06:30pm (TBD)
Join us for an afternoon of competitive parkour! Athletes may choose to participate in any or all categories. This is a beginner-friendly competition and little to no experience is necessary.
How does it work? Much like Track & Field, athletes typically choose an event to compete in. For Track & Field, there are runners, jumpers, throwers, etc. Some T&F athletes practice multiple events. In parkour competitions, athletes choose to compete in speed, skill, and/or style.
This event focuses on completing an obstacle course as fast as possible, prioritizing efficiency and agility in movement to get from point A to point B quickly.
This event tests an athlete’s technical ability to execute complex maneuvers like vaults, jumps, and precision landings, often involving challenging obstacles that require precise control and body awareness.
This category emphasizes the aesthetic quality of movements, where athletes are judged on the fluidity, creativity, and visual appeal of their tricks and transitions in an open setting.
This is an event held by the United States Parkour Association and membership is required ($35).
General Registration
Late Registration (Day-of) will add a $10 surcharge.
Our front desk is always happy to answer any questions. E-mail info@ensomovement.com for more information.
The following is an estimated event schedule and will be determined by number of registrations and athlete field.
The United States Parkour Association (USPK) is the National Governing Body for Parkour, Freerunning and L’Art du Deplacement in the USA. We’re excited to announce that we’ve passed our final inspection. This gives us the clear to move operations and relocate to our new facilities at 5243 Capital Blvd.
Starting Monday, March 2nd, we’ll be operating all services (classes, camps, etc.) will be at our new facility.
Please bear with us as we settle in. There’s lots of heavy equipment to move, and logisitics to go through and review to allow our team to find a new foundation.
We’re excited to welcome everyone to the new space!
Sunday, February 1st, 2026
We want to share an unexpected update regarding our upcoming move. While we had passed all of our inspections and were given early confidence that our final building inspection would go smoothly, a last-minute change in inspectors brought new feedback—and unfortunately, we did not pass the final inspection.
This means we won’t be able to make the switch to our new location just yet. Starting next week, all classes and programs will remain at our current space until we’re cleared to move forward.
We know this is a sudden shift, especially after our announcement earlier this week, and we truly appreciate your flexibility and support. We’re already working closely with the city to address the new feedback and complete the process as soon as possible.
Thank you again for bearing with us. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way—and we can’t wait to welcome you into the new space once everything is officially ready.
We’re thrilled to announce that Enso Movement is preparing to move into a brand-new facility! We have been located at our current location (3200-115 Wellington Court) since 2013. Our business has grown with the amazing parkour and acrobatic community for the past thirteen years! This upgraded space will help us continue growing our programs, expanding our offerings, and delivering the best possible experience for our students and families. What can you expect?
We’ll be sure to keep you informed every step of the way. Once we receive the green light, we’ll share our official move-in date and all the details you’ll need for a smooth transition. In the mean time, we greatly appreciate the flexibility as we make the big jump.
Thank you for being part of the Enso Movement community—we can’t wait to welcome you into the new space soon!

]]>Have you always wanted to do a handstand, but not sure where to start? Or maybe you can do a handstand but kick-ups are inconsistent or does your form have room for improvement? Ulrik is teaching a two day handstand workshop in which you will learn the beautiful art of standing on your hands!
The goal for this workshop is for every participant to understand exactly what they need to practice on their own in order to take their current handstand practice to the next level, or get into a practice in the first place.
Who is This For?
This workshop is best suited for those who are inconsistent with a 10-20 seconds freestanding straight handstand, or want to improve form and understanding of the practice. It’s totally fine if you start at a very basic level. Everyone must start somewhere! It will also give value to those who can do a handstand, but are inconsistent with it or have room to improve their form. There are no hard pre-reqs, but you need to be curious and interested in learning handstands and it’s recommended to be able to do a 30 seconds handstand facing the wall.
The intermediate workshop will be a natural progression of the Fundamental Handstand Workshop. What comes after a consistent straight handstand? Well, moving your legs around into shapes that will challenge your shoulders, coordination and balance. Learning how to press into a handstand, and one beautiful day stand on one hand or repping out stalder presses?
We will adjust the topics based on the level of the participants, but the workshop should be a good fit for calisthenic athletes with high ambitions of a handstand mastery.
Who is This For?
You will get the most out of this workshop if you already can balance in straight for 20+ seconds with some consistency. Bonus points if you are familiar with tuck and other fundamental shapes. If you are not there yet, you can still participate and get a better understanding of what your handstand future will bring, but accept that you won’t be able to do everything we will cover. Pre-requisites include a consistent entrance and 20 sec+ straight handstand
Our front desk is always happy to answer any questions. E-mail info@ensomovement.com for more information.

Parkour has grown immensely as an emerging sport. To remain fresh and evolve with it’s growth, we have updated our parkour curriculum. Our newly, well-design curriculum nurtures student’s skill- learning, retention, and progression. Every sports curriculum can greatly benefit from periodic curricular updates. We know it’s a bit messy.
After thorough review, we’re widening the foundational skillsets for both the beginner (Levels 1-3) and intermediate (Levels 4-6) parkour classes. These adjustments to the parkour curriculum make it more accessible for students working towards their next level and designed to give more opportunities to test up and succeed—while still keeping the challenge and progression that make parkour rewarding.
Starting early September:
For the majority of students, your schedule will be unaffected! Most of our current Parkour L1+ and Parkour L2+ run parallel with two coaches.
During the week of August 24th, all parkour classes will run an abbreviated Parkour Level Test to place current member students on the new curriculum scale.
We are expecting most current students will level up during the Parkour Level Testing Week. No additional charges to member accounts will take place.
