Exercise – Superman to Hollow Roll
The Superman to Hollow Roll is a great exercise to work on your torso strength for any bodyweight exercise enthusiast. Start on your stomach on the floor and arch heavily, lifting your legs and arms off the floor. Roll to one side far enough to roll all the way over onto your back, while keeping your arms and legs off the ground as you transition to this hollow shape. Keep rolling back to the superman shape, then reverse directions.
If you’d like to take it up a notch, try one of the following:
- Work on extending those arms and legs for stronger body lines
- Holding a weight between the hands or the feet – don’t let the weighted object touch the ground
