Youth Level 3 Test Summary

All students must demonstrate a mastery of Parkour Level 3 Curriculum via our Level 3 Test. The test is pass or fail. To pass, students must succeed in every component of the test. Each component allows for three attempts. Failure to succeed in a component immediately ends the test.

Fitness

  • Box jump onto an obstacle that is mid-thigh height
  • Perform ten dive bomber push-ups
  • Traverse twenty feet in a cat hang
  • Perform five dead hang pull-ups
  • Perform five wall dips

Skills

  • On a high rail, squat down to a cat position and then dismount into a hang
  • From a shoulder-height obstacle, dismount with a turn vault
  • Precision to an obstacle that clears a distance of body height
  • Stride into a step vault off of a shoulder-height obstacle
  • Monkey onto an obstacle that’s waist-height
  • Pass 1 of 5 Coach-set “Breaking Jumps
  • Demonstrate five squats on a rail
