  • Pop vault a chest-high obstacle, landing with feet on top
  • Demonstrate a palm spin on a waist-high obstacle
  • Kong and side monkey quadrupedal for 50 feet
  • Demonstrate 3 revolutions of a coffee grinder
  • Demonstrate a round-off back handspring
  • Demonstrate a lazy, thief, and speed vault
  • Demonstrate a front handspring
  • Turn vault to a front support
